About me

In 2022, I completed a PhD in mathematics at The University of Queensland. My primary and secondary supervisors were Fred Roosta and Marcus Gallagher, respectively. My PhD thesis is titled Efficient second-order optimisation methods for large scale machine learning. I am a member of the 2018 Global Change Scholars cohort. My research interests are

In 2017, I completed a Bachelor of Advanced Science (Honours) with first class honours and a major in mathematics at The University of Queensland. I have experience in pure mathematics with my honours thesis Plane Partitions in Number Theory and Algebra that was completed under the supervision of Ole Warnaar.
